Theme “Archives and transparency, a citizen ambition”
More than 800 archivists and information professionals are currently gathered in Saint-Etienne to address transparency issues in archives for 3 days.After an inaugural conference, by Irène Frachon, whistleblower in the Mediator case, where she highlighted the importance of archives in her research, the second day is mainly devoted to the general meetings of the association.
On the last day, CINES will participate in a round table coordinated by the VITAM program, alongside the SIAF and the Defense Historical Service to address the issue of digital preservation.
