If you don’t have a CINES account :

If you do not have an account at CINES, the procedure for requesting computing resources is done through the application on the DARI website (Demande d’Attribution de Ressources Informatiques). This will allow you to obtain computing hours on Adastra and create your account.

(National Computer Center for Higher Education) is a national public institution, based in Montpellier (France) and placed under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MESRI).
